SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • We understand that getting your products is important, we make every effort to process your order quickly but please allow 48-72 hours for it to leave our facility as we often times have to custom make products on your order.
  • For Custom Orders Please ask for Delivery Times on your specific items. Different items will vary based on item, suppliers and materials therefore they will have different completion and delivery times. Just ask, and we will give the most accurate delivery date possible.
  • Occasionally, items are out of stock, if this happens we will notify you via email and phone and we can either replace with an in stock item or refund the difference to your credit card.

RETURNS

  • RoxstarCustoms.comprides itself on great quality and customer service, but please carefully review this policy as there will be no exceptions.
  • We will gladly accept returns on factory defects provided we are notified within 3 days of receiving your order.
